Exact fit
I bought a 2016 CX-5 and the passenger mat was missing this clips. Fits like a glove ppl, it works perfectly. The plat part goes in the bottom and the rounder one at the top, Push tight each other into the mat done. Just clipped them into the floor and your done.

Fix that floor mat, man.
This fixed a floor mat in our Mazda 6 that had lost the clip holder. Saved me from having to buy a whole new set of floor mats.

Didn't fit my mazda weather tech lines.

Doesnt work!
Did not work with OEM or WeatherTech floor mats for 2015 Mazda CX-5. Extremely cheap plastic. Once installed floormay moved back and forth a few inches which could press on pedals is definitely not safe get OEM clips unless younwant your pedals pressed when your foot is off it. Also could pull up on WeatherTech mats and these would pull through the holes as they are now as wide around as the OEM.

Mazda Cx-5
I purchased it twice because the first time I was not smart and put two in two that the pieces have to be built in a way. You have to attach 2 of the pieces when the packaging arrives the pieces come horizontally and you have to attached them and then add them to the car where you car mats go.? So if you have a Mazda Cx-5 these will fit. Wish there had been reviews for me before for this type of car to really know but that is why I am reviewing to hopefully help anybody else. :)
