**Q: how often you replace the filter?**
A: The manufacturer states that the filters should generally last anywhere from 6 months, to 1 year, depending on foot traffic.

**Q: Hello, do you know if i need nay special envirormental permits to import this product to Colombia?**
A: This is made in the USA, so you may ship it yourself to Colombia, but you would need to ask that question of the governmental authorities in that country, as we have no way to answer your question.  Ask Peter Brainard VP Sales Berl's Commercial Supply (formerly Restroom Direct) 704-937-2676.

**Q: how is the water filtered?**
A: But a filter that is inserted inside the unit

**Q: Can you fill it with something besides water?**
A: While technically this may be possible, it would void the warranty.  Also, to have some other liquid dispensed, it would be required to be under pressure, just like a water main.
