Review: Non-stick coating works well, but doesn't seem very durable? - The non-stick coating of the pan works well so far, but I'm concerned about the durability. I didn't notice if these scratches were there or not before using the pan, so it's possible they were already there, but I can only assume they came from sliding the pan on and off the oven racks. I don't *plan* to use any metal instruments on the pan, but will admit to occasionally using a butter knife around muffins in other pans in the past, and I'm not sure how well this pan would hold up to that.

The non-stick coating of the pan works well so far, but I'm concerned about the durability.
