why this shampoo is different price

Not sure. Might be it has that the olamine complex which helps to control the oil in the scalp and hence control the dandruff

i have dry scalp, can i use it?

I'm not sure but I suggest you to use.this is far better than other products.apply oil before hair wash & after you towel, take little quantity of hair oil,massage throughout the scalp.hope you'll find better.
