I have three different passer things (rubber edge like a tube thing, the triangle passer, and this one). This one by far has the best bounce-back to get back high-speed passes when desired.

This was a great product for one-timers however my 13-year old broke it in only two months of use. Plastic part holding the rubber band broke so no way to repair it. He never hit it with anything but a pass (not shooting in that direction). I would highly recommend not purchasing this product.

This hockey passer trainer is an awesome addition to my practice routine. It’s sturdy, easy to set up, and really helps improve passing accuracy, quick reactions, and puck control. My grandson loves this and uses it as often as he can. He sets it up with ice tiles and practices. It provides different areas of passes. Great gift!!

I bought one of these and it was cracked where the bungee cord goes in. I returned it and bought another one. the new one is cracked in the exact same spot. If my old one wasn’t still in transit I would swear it was the same one. I thought third time would be the charm, but the third one also has the same crack. Obviously a manufacturer issue…. Breaking before it’s even been used. JUNK!

My daughter loves this item and uses it when practicing her slap shot. It’s great when she doesn’t have a partner since it kicks the puck right back at her.

The company reached out to me after my original issue. I emailed them and they emailed me back with a solution very quickly. I have upped my rating from 1 to 3 stars. Their solution to me was actually worthy of 5 stars, however I think it is important to recognize that this issue shouldn't have happened in the first place and I can't in good conscience give this better than 3 stars (their CS was great however and I do appreciate that). My original issue was that the ice looks like it is included. It is not. If you look at the photo that is used for this item (I've copied it for my review), it certainly does look like ice is included. And none of the photos indicate that the ice that is shown is not included. Without the ice this is unusable. I felt really bad having given this to my nephew for Christmas and he had nothing with which to use it. I was then able to tell my nephew that the company responded to me and was going to make this right. And they did very quickly. He is thrilled with it now and has been using it almost non stop for two days. Again, the customer service is top notch. The item itself seems to work great. The confusion in the ad (and the resulting disappointment - temporary though it was) was what has brought this from a potential 5 star item to a 3 star item. I think they should update their pictures to mention that the ice is not included. All that being said, it's hard to find CS like this and again I do appreciate it. As does my nephew.

Great product. My daughter loves it. Super quick rebound with pucks to practice passing and soft hands. Received what was clearly an opened and return package. It was missing the knob that allows for adjustment of the clamp. Contacted the seller and within a few hours the seller gave me a discount to account for the missing part.

Great quality, exactly like photo. My son has been using it daily for awhile now and it still works like new! would recommend.
