Does not dissolve in water and did not help my digestion at all. A weird taste. Perhaps it would be good for baking but it was not good for my purpose. Sadly it will probably be disposed of as is not returnable. The seller kindly reached out and offered me a full refund. She was very kind and understanding.

This is a necessary ingredient for keto bread. I bought it because I read that it did not turn your bread purple. But I found that not to be the case. My bread was just as purple as it could be. It did not affect the flavor, so if you don’t mind the looks of purple bread, this would be a good product to use.

Recently diagnosed with Diverticular Disease, this helps tremendously! It's hard to dissolve, but I use about 6 oz of warm water, whisk in about 1-1 1/2 teaspoon and chug it. Along with Slippery Elm at night and the Husk in the A.M....its keeping me pain free!

This seems to be a pure, good quality product however it thickens up so quickly and so much that I would be interested to see how people are drinking or using it. It also hardens so much to my dishes that it’s hard to get them clean. So far what I’ve found to work best is to add it to water in a disposable cup, and drink immediately while stirring, and drink as quickly as possible before you have a cup of cement. : )

The product itself is fine BUT the bag that contains the powder is awful...very stiff and impossible to reseal. If you cut the "sealable" portion, the material gets stuck on your sleeves when trying to scoop. I have 15-20 similarly packaged supplements in my pantry but none of the others present this problem. PLEASE find a new method to package the powder and I will update the review. ====== Kate Naturals quickly replied to my concern. Hoping there will be shift in the packaging material. In the meantime, I found a containter to transfer the contents to, which allows for easier access.
