An absolute time saver.
If you are chasing a "phantom" leak that seems to be dripping from the sump but you suspect is originating elsewhere, this UV dye is an absolute lifesaver. I used it to track down a stubborn leak on my Alfa. From underneath the car, everything pointed toward a sump gasket failure, but the dye revealed a completely different story. Once circulated, the fluorescent trail showed the oil was actually weeping from a seal much higher up the block and simply trailing down the casting.

Works Perfect to Locate a Leak.
Worked as expected. Wasn’t like NEON but worked great. Found the leak right away.

Easy to find leak
Works like it should. Used this to find where a coolant leak was at. Easy to see. Make sure you have a black light. I forgot to take pictures but worth the price to help diagnose where a leak is at.

Helps find an oil leak much easier.
I used this to find an oil leak in my Jaguar XKR that couldn’t find for ever. I thought it was the oil pan gasket failure so I replaced it twice. Then I tried this dye and was able to find it had a very small leak from front of engine. Worth the money. You really need a black light to follow the trail
