Hi, i just bought this scooter with led wheels. the color of the wheels frame is black on the picture but mine that just arrived is gray. why?

I have the same exact model sitting right in front of me, it is only marginally darker in person. The pictures are close but look like they’ve been very slightly highlighted to give it more of glowing green. It is still really close, just slightly darker in person. Hope this helps
