Great, bought this several times , produces excellent results

Second box of this. Everyone who tries it enjoys it. I halve the measures as the quantities listed on the box makes too many. The box lasts ages as you only need a small amount of the powder.

Quick and effective. Very good for money value and very easy to use. Simple and easy. Made a very large amount of pudding.

Delicious but very sweet in my opinion, definitely something to share as each sachet makes a massive portion.

This mousse is so light and delicious. I used a whole sachet with 500ml semi Skimmed milk then whisked for 5 mins. I used most of it to make generously sized desserts for 6 people (I chopped up some defrosted mango chunks then layered this in glasses with the mousse). Everyone thought it delicious. With the remaining mixture I made 8 "ice cream" lollies using silicone moulds. They froze quickly and tasted good but the texture is not like ice cream, its lighter due to the amount of whipped in air. Nevertheless the lollies were eaten and enjoyed. I will be trying other items in this range. This will be great to keep in the cupboard for those impromptu dinner parties or just for those "I need something sweet" moments.

I purchased this Mango flavored mix in the hope that it would taste similar to mousse that I had enjoyed on my vacation in Spain, sadly it was very different, it lacked the fruity "MANGO TANG" that I remembered, I know it is not the same product but there was always that chance it may come close. however it is not all doom and gloom though, this version was fairly cheap if you divide the cost between the three packets in the box, but more expensive than other generic supermarket milk pudding mixes. on opening the packet I was met with a distinct Mango smell but this was definitely lacking in the finished product, it was rather bland and left a powdery taste on your tongue. I did use a Kenwood Chef mixer for the required two minutes on low and five on high speed, but I was not impressed with the results. I will try the Chocolate flavour soon and maybe this will change my opinion of this brand.

I was a little unsure of this and more unsure when this very large pack arrived. The pack contains three large sachets of powder. I thought that this would be too big for us and a waste so I opened a pack and weighed out half the powder and then added half the milk which is 250 ml. I used an electric whisk for about a minute just to get all the powder absorbed then turned it up for about 5 mins. It thickened nicely and looked really great. The taste is a perfect lemon that is light and melts in the mouth. This half sachet made four deserts so the whole box would make 24 smallish or 18 larger. The family all love this mousse and I will definitely be buying again.

I don’t do that many reviews but this is absolutely delicious! I made up half of one of the sachets using half the amount of milk and cream. It was so easy to do & provided 9 portions of just under 100g each portion. I served it with some fresh blueberries & homemade blackberry syrup. Everyone enjoyed it, nice creamy texture & flavour & not too sweet.
