Quality product, neat packaging
Excellent product came in very neat and smart packaging. It does require some kind of setting up/assembly but it is fairly simple and instructions provided are handy. Very useful for elderly who need this support in the bath. Good quality product, plastic quality is good, it is slip resistant and sturdy. Recommended for aged.

Great sturdy chair for bathing for elderly people
I bought this bath chair for my mom and dad as they were using plastic chair which is slippery and risky. This chair is easy to assemble and very strong and sturdy. They can both hold on to the chair while bathing as well as sit on it. There is both overhead shower and hand shower in their bathroom and it helps in bathing both ways.

The quality is excellent. Size is perfect as it's adjustable its really good and very easy to use. The functionality is excellent and great value for money. I'm using it for the past month and it good rust resistance. Hopefully it will be as good in the long run.
