It absolutely changed the way the seat flet, much softer and with a gentle but decent amount of support for my lower back.Its a nice unobtrusive design which is a plus as well, and comes with two elastic fastener extensions which were perfect for attaching the pad to the seat!I will be buying a second pad to fit to my computer chair as its easily worth the money just to be comfortable ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ comfortable and has been of help *by H***H on 15 December 2019* I have to spend large amounts of time in bed due to severe ME/CFS and was getting a lot of back pain. This has helped, though I do also find I need to rest forwards from time to time as well. It's softer than I expected but I don't know why as it does say it's memory foam. All in all, I'm glad I bought it.
