Is it bright blue or light blue?

It is actually called electric blue. I have a 2002 Mini Cooper S and the color of this toy car is spot on. Look up images of electric blue Mini Coopers for reference.

Does the hood open on the mini cooper toy? Thanks!

No. It doesn't. Just because it says "1/28 Scale", it's not like those 1/27 scale cars. Mini Cooper's like this actually have a scale like the cars Kinsmart made.

Does this come in white?

I've never seen a completely white version, but that does not mean it does not exist. The roof on my model is white, the rest of the body is aqua.

Can you please tell me the dimensions?

From front to back: 5 inches.Width: measured from mirror to mirror 2 3/4 inches. From wheel to top: 1 7/8 inches.
