Here is a high quality set of 4 "key-in-knob" style practice locks that have been custom pinned to give a maximum lock picking challenge. Excellent for advanced locksmith students or hobbyists who are seeking to attain a high level of lock picking skill. All locks have the standard Schlage (SC1) keyway, which is considered a much more difficult profile than the more common Kwikset (KW1) keyway. All locks are drilled for 6 pins. You will receive 1 each of the following practice locks: - 5-pinned with standard top pins (6-pinned lock cylinder but only pinned with 5 pins) - 6-pinned with standard top pins - 6-pinned with pick resistant spool drivers - 6-pinned with pick resistant serrated drivers All our practice locks have close tolerances and are comparable to OEM. Please note that these cylinders are not manufactured by Schlage, but they have the standard Schlage keyway. Our practice locks can be rekeyed using standard tools and procedures. If you do not have experience with lock rekeying, you can take these locks to any local locksmith should you ever wish to have the combinations changed. We ship them to you custom pinned with difficult combinations.
