**Q: Hot to use it ?**
A: You need to put the blue gel packs in freezer for 2-4 hours... when you want to take your medicine and leave outside, take the gel packs outside the freezer, place them inside the pouch and place your medicines on the holder provided.

When you return home, keep the gel packs in the freezer. :) that’s the cycle.

**Q: what is the size of the bag**
A: It’s big enough to fit an insulin pen and has more extra space as well. There is a pouch and rings to slide in your pen and vials. :)

**Q: How to use it**
A: It has pocket for keeping insulin pen.
Just take the gel from the bag and cool it below the freezer in refrigerator,when it cools after 2 hours take it and keep it in the bag again alongwith insulin pen.
It will keep your pen for almost 2 to 3 hour.

**Q: How long does it stay cold**
A: Hardly 3 hours. Product not worth it.
