Folding Photo Studio Kit Box with LED Light for Photographing Shooting Tent for Small Size Itens

I'm not completely sure I could fit a full shoe in this set up but it is perfect for me as I take pictures of smaller objects like beads and jewelry for my business. The box is a little flimsy so don't expect to stack anything on it while you are working, but honestly for me the product is perfect. My work desk can get super cluttered and messy and while I have an established photo station in my basement, sometimes when I am working with particularly small objects I just want to have a small set up at my normal work station so that I can take pictures of items as I go. This set up folds up to the size of a cook book and comes with its own lights and power supply. It also comes with 4 different backdrops to hang inside and a carry bag to pack it all away. So the second I don't need the set up anymore, I can stock it away on a bookshelf in my office.

One of the things that I really liked about this light box is the eu's in which it goes together. You also get backdrops and a power cord which gives you pretty much everything that you need to be able to get a good picture of an item that you want to Spotlight. The LED light bar that is included in this is very bright and because it uses LEDs the heat is minimal. One thing that you do need to note is that you do get a cord that you can plug into a clock that you have in your own home. However, you do not get the actual plug itself. You will need to have a plug in your home to be able to attach the USB cord that they provide you to be able to get light for the light source. Otherwise, this is a great light box that is very portable. You get four different backdrops in four different colors which allows for you to be able to spot Les different items in different ways. The light from the light bar is very bright and causes no Shadows. If you are looking for a cost-effective light box that is easy to transport and easy to set up this is definitely the one that I would recommend.

I am giving a pretty high rating because this item was so inexpensive. If I had paid more for it I would be upset with how quickly it broke. Everything is great for the money. It is small, yes, it isn't perfect, but for less than $15, it's great. I really liked the little storage bag it came with. However, after a couple of months and only a few uses in that time, the piece where the cord connects to the lights snapped off. Knowing this, perhaps if one were to be very careful when plugging in the cable, this wouldn't be an issue. If I could do it again, I might put a piece of tape on it to give it a little more stability. Nonetheless, it is broken now and I will be trying again with a higher quality version.

Sadly, I must return this item because it does not suit my needs, and am leaving this review for the sellers of this photo box. This is not my first photo box. My best suggestion for improvements on this box, would be to not expect people to try to put it away by folding it back into the storage bag that is too small. The assembly of the box, repeated over time, is most definitely going to wear down and/or break the box! A bigger storage bag could alleviate these problems. The system of unfolding it and refolding it is never going work long term. If I were you, I would make the little bag that is meant to hold the unit in between photo sessions about one inch bigger. That way people could fold it up loosely, and put in the bag without frustration. It is a very very tight fit, and no one is going to want to go through the folding and stuffing the bag session after session. It is extremely difficult to do, and it does not need to be! If I was going to keep it, I would have to make a new outside bag. The process of opening it was extremely frustrating! I was afraid of breaking it! Some people would have broken it. The folding process is clever, it just is unwieldy. You can make it better, If you follow my suggestions. This unit itself is just a LITTLE too small, to fit many jewelry displays. I WANTED A SMALL ONE that would set up in a particular spot The box itself needs to be slightly larger. Just about 2 inches larger. Many jewelry displays just don’t fit well, if at all. Don’t cut yourself from potential jewelry makers by producing a box that won’t fit most jewelry props. Other than those things, the box works well, and the photography produced using this box is some of the best I have ever taken! The led strip is fabulous! I like that it is stationary in front of box. The placement of it is perfect! So the concept and material used is great! I would simply recommend these changes. So for those of you who photo extremely small items, and you need no props for your photos, and you acquire or make a larger storage bag, then this could be a five star review for you. Recently I ordered this photo box to attempt to take better pictures for my online EBay items. I was having problems with glare and shadows on items with just my camera so I thought this would help. It’s very easy to assemble and comes in a flat cloth storage bag. It helped tremendously to display and take better pictures of my items without shadows so it can show off details. If you are thinking of getting one it’s worth it for the price. It comes with 4 different colored backgrounds to help accent your item being shot. Highly recommend.

This is an affordable, foldable and lightweight lighted shooting tent for jewelry and small objects. Attached is an unedited and un-cropped jpeg using the tent's LED light bar and no additional lighting shot with a Sony RX100 camera simply placed on a flat surface in front of the light box (28 mm, spot metering, F/4.0, 1/8 sec, ISO 100). My experience so far is that a tripod is helpful if you plan to shoot at a lower ISO and/or small aperture. The example photo shows the excellent performance of this low-cost lighted tent. The tent folds nicely, assembles quickly and the backgrounds are terrific. I left the lights on for an hour and did not find them to get hot, flicker or dim. Overall, an excellent product at a very attractive price point.

It’s not very sturdy which I guess was to be expected but just found it’s not great in general.
