Good product.

This device was purchased as a gift for my dad, primarily to enjoy his favorite old songs. While he liked the device, a few limitations were apparent. The songs are categorized by different actors and artists in folders, which becomes inconvenient. If you're playing a folder and turn off the device, upon restarting, it begins playing from the first song in that folder, making it difficult to resume where you left off. This also means you can't skip directly to a specific song using the remote; you have to manually search for it every time you restart. The speaker quality is just average. Considering the cost, there are better options available, such as high-standard Bluetooth speakers with superior audio quality. Most people today own smartphones and can create playlists to stream through a Bluetooth speaker, which offers more flexibility compared to the limited song categorization on this device. The device may be suitable for those who prefer not to create playlists on their mobile phones or simply want a dedicated music player. However, it may not be worth the investment given the more versatile and higher-quality alternatives available in the market.

Pros: I love . the song selection . look and feel. Almost perfect match with my furniture . sound quality is good on internal speakers and awesome when I play songs through my Bose using the AUX port . FM radio works well Cons: . a little pricey for such a simple electronic gadget. But I said to myself that I am playing approximately 1 rupee per song which is a good deal . some songs do jump or skip when playing like a scratched vinyl record. Maybe the state of the archives are like that . instead of Hindi stations on a Tamil caravan, there could be all out Tamil stations. I however love the Hindi songs too. So this is not a huge problem for me . The remote uses a standard remote protocol. So it interferes with my TV's background LED lighting which also has a remote for controlling the LED color, intensity, etc., Result - when I use remote to operate the Caravan, the LED strip behind the TV goes crazy. Suggestions for improvement: . Corded headphones are becoming things of the past. Since the caravan has bluetooth, it can support pairing to bluetooth headsets . Use a unique remote protocol

Excellent product

Good collection of Tamil songs. Also has a few Hindi songs. Carnatic collection is good too. Audio quality is good too. The website has the song lists. The remote is useful and is easier to surf songs. There's no search or direct song selection though. The device itself is quite easy to use and would be liked by people of all ages. Customer service didn't give me a pleasant experience, perhaps there was no service player near my city (Hosur). There's a problem with the battery which never shows as fully charged. This was informed to Saregama who tried for doorstep service but it hasn't happened yet. Seems to be a one off case and a minor issue, as the device still plays well and long. Definitely, a good buy for music lovers. Delivery was prompt.

If you are lucky you will come across my review and won’t buy this product. I will tell why I bought this first then will explain why this is useless. 1. Wanted to play songs without internet or downloaded songs from USB which I already have. 2. Organised collection of songs which can be selected as and when required 3. Songs to be played without mobile phones in a speaker rather than in headphones 4. Mainly wanted devotional songs which can be played daily morning 5. FM was a good to have option only and not a priority But what I got is 1. Useless sound box which is painted attractively with a poor quality speaker 2. Song selection is tedious and I don’t know which order it is stored 3. Don’t think it has the number of songs what they claim to be. I tried few collections of devotional songs and there is very less number of songs compared to the list given on internet. You have no way of verifying them. 4. Because of this remote is useless and you end up listening to 1-2 songs and then give up. 5. Some collection of songs are, I hear first time. You have to listen to them as next button jumps randomly 6. I bought Caravan Tamil - if you looking to buy this I recommend you to buy Amazon Echo Dot which is half the price and play songs from your phone.

Worthy product for purchase..

Overall the product amazing but the problem FM radio because I bought main reason radio fm but here its not working slight disappointment but my father is happy with song collection
