Prestige Medical Analog Stethoscope Watch

I love my stethoscope watch! The battery is long lasting, the watch is never late and it is a very important tool in my daily routine as a pediatrician. The only thing I have to complain is that it's a bit difficult to put in on the stethoscope tube, a bit tight (I use it on my pediatric littmann). Another thing is that this is my second watch, because the plastic where it attaches to the stethoscope broke on my first one (after 3 years). Other than that, I have no complaints, very happy with it! P.S. I don't think it fits Littmann cardiology or master cardiology.

Does exactly what it’s suppose to! It’s a little tricky to get in the stethoscope, and is a little large on a littman and slides, but I love it!

I love it. My last one started falling off after I changed the battery and it broke. Hopefully this one doesn’t give me that issue.

I received my stethoscope watch today. Directly after opening the package, while I was adjusting the time with the side knob the entire knob broke off from the watch. The clock face continues to tick, however there is no way to adjust the time. Replacing the knob into the watch does nothing and it immediately falls out if the watch is moved. Amazon does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on this product, which sadly does not surprise me due to how low quality the item is. The watch itself also has a very loud ticking sound which makes me skeptical that it would not interfere with more sensitive assessments like a manual blood pressure while being attached to the stethoscope itself.

Overall does what it’s supposed to - provides an easy-to-read second hand that you can watch while counting HR or RR. Other notes: (I have a standard MDF stethoscope for reference) - Difficult to put on. Had to bend my stethoscope tubing in order to make it pinch in one spot so that I could start sliding the watch on. Took prob 5 minutes of messing with it to get it on. I wanted it placed near the chest piece/ stem in order to easily see it while holding it to listen. (Someone else in another review mentioned sliding it over the eartips to have on that side of the stethoscope, but that’s not where I wanted mine). Took a bit of effort to force it on the main section but eventually got it - Loose once I got it on. I’m not worried about it it randomly falling off at least I guess. But it does slide around a lot once it’s on the tubing. I may look into taping/ hot gluing it to a specific spot since I need to be able to use it one-handed while writing with my other hand. Will update on how this goes if I do. Can somewhat hold it in place but it would be a better device if it was able to stay in one spot - Seems to keep time while and easy to adjust time and start/ stop the watch if so desire to save the battery life. (I do not look forward to having to take this off in order to one day replace the battery, so I plan to make the one that came in it last as long as possible) - I do not hear any interference or ticking from the watch itself (another review mentioned it bothering them but I didn’t notice it at all) - Very easy to read and follow the 15 second increments. Ideal watch. Just has room for improvement. A more flexible attachment piece would be the best place to start.

Very lightweight, inexpensive. It was hard to get onto the tubing of my Littman, had to kind of shove it; the back doesn't go all the way around the tube, but it def. won't fall off. Once on it does not stay in place, slides up and down tube, which may drive me crazy. I'll have to fiddle with it and try to put tape between the tube and watch. I'm guessing it could catch hair a bit, but most nurses want their hair up out of the way, anyhow. (who wants to risk poop in their hair at work? Nursing isn't really that glamorous). It doesn't seem durable because it is so light, I'm hoping I'm wrong, but if I have it for a few months that'd be ok due to inexpensive. Seems wipeable so I can use sanitizing wipes on it.

I have this lil guy on my stethoscope and I couldn't be happier! It sets mine apart form others. It is super light weight. It slides so you can put it where you need it each time you use it, which helps because all calls are different! I actually lost my stethoscope in the ER on clinical time once and they knew who it belonged to because of that little clock. It has been over 2 years now and it still keeps good time. Has a second hand for when you forget your watch and are taking vitals. Also yesterday I was getting out of the car and it got caught in the door some how and instead of reaching down and gently rearranging it to get it out I just yanked on it and it came out in 2 pieces, I thought it was done for but it just snapped right back together! I am IMPRESSED! well worth it! Recommended.

My fiancee is a nurse, and being a nurse (at least a conscientious one that does things properly), she needs to disinfect/clean her hands, watch (and anything she touched or touched the patient basically) after seeing a patient. Obviously, a hand watch is a PITA to clean thoroughly every time, yet one needs it to measure pulse. I got her this watch, and the day she went to work, the entire nurse rotation wanted to get one too! it's that convenient to not have to touch your watch (then have to clean it), or even hold it, freeing your other hand. I was worried that, it being a mechanical watch and attached to the stethoscope, that clicking would be heard through it, but it's not (due to the way the stethoscope works). the watch is loud-enough to hear ticking as the stethoscope hangs around her neck, she says, but again-not through the ear pieces when listening to pulse. obviously, highly-recommended.

Great product. Fit on my Littmann stethoscope and lasted in veterinary practice (rough handling) for 4 years. The battery finally died and it’s worth it for me to replace. Just ordered two more! A co-worker had one as well but the piece that wraps around the stethoscope tubing cracked. Not sure how that happened, as mine held up very well. Would recommend, just be gentle when putting it on your tubing.

As a vet nurse thought this would be ideal on stethoscope rather than classic fobwatch. After just 2 weeks use this is scratched as its made from a very flimsy plastic for price would expect better

I wish I had one sooner. Fits nicely on my scope and no more watches going thru the wash. Easy to read and keeps good time.

Its great...the only complaint I gave is that it flips around on the stethoscope. I would have preferred it to be stationary.
