Bad customer service
Bad product. Filter stopped working. Water leakage. When I called customer care many times, they keep giving new dates for visit of there representative. No one came yet since last 15 days. There is no service of this product. But at your own risk.

The company is making false publicity. It is not at all working. The TDS of the water taken directly from the tap and from the filter using the cartridges remains more or less same. There is no change in TDS. The claim made by Usha Shriram is totally wrong and false.
