Sockets accommodate all commonly used kind of plugs, doesn't consume a lot of space and vertical tower means that the plugs do not overlap each other rendering other sockets useless. USB ports work as expected. Now the only test is that of longevity, for the price paid for this product. ### ⭐ USB ports not working!! *by S***R on 8 December 2018* Just started using it, only to find out that the usb slots aren't working. Maybe it's just the item I received, but i don't have an option to return as well. Seller / Amazon - are there any options for replacement? ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Can improve on the desigine. *by B***O on 20 September 2018* I am using the 10 plug socket type of tower adapter. Direct plugs use is convenient, but if adapters are used ( I am using adapters on seven plugs sockets) then it becomes cumbersome. If the plug sockets could be rotatable it would add to the ease of use. A MCB like auto-circuit breaker master switch would also be use full to assure that devices are protected from power surge, over-heat, over-current, over-voltage and other fluctuating conditions. Also if each plug socket has its own dedicated switch it would add to the convenience of use of the product. I tried to look for some thing with similar features but is not available.
