But this one came with tape measure with cool locking mechanism to measure your biceps or thighs or whatever else. Have used this for a year now and it is still consistent.As with any fat testing device, the RELATIVE changes in your fat is what you need to keep looking at... no fat testing device will accurately measure fat percentage. So you can check today and then a month later and see if you have gone down or up.I think you will find this combo pack useful... and of course all your friends and family will want to measure themselves too (just for fun of course... they will not actually change their diets or start exercising :)).Good luck with your weight goals!
