Worked Fine for My 2001 Honda Civic Sedan
I bought these years ago assuming that the last bit of brake shoe on my 2001 Honda Civic was going to end any day, but it finally did last summer after 22 years and 320K miles! The goal is probably to get to 450K miles, so if these last half as long as the OEMs did I'll be fine. I had a shade tree mechanic install these for me, so I dunno how well they fit or if there was anything that had to be done to install them. I'm fairly sure he didn't need to drill anything. They appear to fit fine, and I've drive on them for like 15K miles with no issues. I bought the replacement brake hardware kit too, but returned that. Everyone told me it wasn't necessary. So yes, works fine with 7th gen civics, and hopefully this is the last car I ever own with rear brake drums!

Not correct for Rear drum 87 honda accord lxi hatchback
It is 4 of the exact same rear pad so the pad that houses the ebrake doesnt have its hole to seat the mechanism and the hole for the lower spring. However if you look at the picture, it clearly does show 4 of the exact same pad. for both sides, which is wrong. the hole pattern for the right pad is different than the left pad. You would probably want to take a picture of your assembly with the drum off, for comparison to use against buying the wrong set. I didnt return, because i could use the two left pads from it and I needed too for work.
