My biggest gripe I’ve had is that the previous size was not a pound so I’m thrilled they released a larger size! What took so long?! I used to have to buy 4 individual bags but now I can buy just 1 with the exact same value. It doesn’t take much space in my cabinet now and I don’t have to use as much. Plus it lasts forever! Thumbs up in my book.I thought for a moment, is four times sweeter really necessary? I'm used to buying the 1lb bag of 1:1 from Lakanto, and recently realized that after about 2 cups the bag is practically empty. Many of the recipes I'm experimenting with require close to a cup of sugar, which meant that I was running out rather quickly. I can't keep buying a new bag every week. So, I took a chance with this and I'm pleasantly surprised. I used less than a 1/4 of a cup, which gave me the same equivalency as a cup, and my dish came out perfect. In fact, it actually tasted a sweeter, which gets an A+ in my book. I'll use a bit less next time, but my point is, this is top notch.
