My twins are almost three and without the extenders the carrier no longer went high enough up their backs to be very safe while carrying. With the panel extenders they are secure again all the way up to their necks. They're super easy to put on, and they feel well-secured on the carriers and well-made. These will definitely make it so that I can continue use my TwinGo as they grow!
