this toner is amazing this is what icy white on dry hair for 15 minutes 10 developer came out as ! it is whiter than t18 but beware when ur hair is wet it looks grey like dark grey then when ur in outside or bright lighting it looks like this bright white. t18 looks less grey when wet or in dark lighting but the icy white definitely gives a white affect not platinum that t 18 does. try it out my hair was originally level 9-10 it will not look good on anything darker fyi

A very good product at a good price; it brightened my highlights. However, you need to be careful if you have brown hair—I don't recommend it for that; it works best on blonde and orange tones
