Great cooking dish, extremely well made
Really delighted with this super sized lasagne dish, which I have actually used several times for roast joints of meat. It is a truely beautiful piece of ceramic, with a decent amount of weight to it, with a smooth, easy to wash surafce. The silver grate, which comes with it, ideal for draining the meat juices away. Check the size before purchasing as it is long, and only just fitted into my oven, remember the side handles; and also a good depth. Having so far cooked chicken and a joint of lamb in it, I can truely say both cooked beautifully, and we all agreed they tasted really good. A good soak in soapy water after use, and ever trace of food residue is cleaned away without scrubbing; and because of the solid build I wouldn't expect any chipping to occur, so very durable. This dish is a pleasure to have in my kitchen, can withstand high heat, the handles making it easy to put into, and take out of the oven. I'll be using it for my favourite hot pots, shepherds pies, and cottage pie in the autumn/winter months ahead; straight from the oven to the dinner table.

Great dish slightly imperfect
I bought this as a Christmas present. I think it was very good for the price but it seemed to be imperfect with blemishes on the inside. Also very heavy as it is stoneware.

The dish was too heavy for My wife to use BUT what a company MALACASA are ! The communication and assistance received has been exemplary. Would I like another one, would I like to choose a different one and constantly polite. Definitely a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ company
