Does this saw do a decent job of catching the dripping water or did it make a mess?

What is the maximum thickness it will cut

Mine was DOA so it didn't cut anything. Very cheap product, many issues. I would spend a little extra and get a product that does the job, which this one does not.

Can it be used to cut brick? I have whole bricks that I want to convert to brick veneers.

If you take off the guard, you can run a brick over it and then flip it over to cut it the rest of the way. Not ideal and it sprays everywhere without the guard, but it does work.

I need to cut a level side to medium stones, so they will stand. Usually it is smooth river stone. Will this work?
