The value for the price can't be beat considering some alternatives are 2-8x the price, and many just don't have the low key but still noticeable scent this one does. Over the years I've gotten lots of compliments from women while wearing this (including married women, wanting to buy some for their husbands!). It is a relatively 'manly' scent but not overbearing, and it pairs well with any deodorant. Other colognes that I've tried are more 'in your face' and can get irritating for extended periods, whereas cool water kind of fades into the background and I never really notice I have it on. It smells clean and fresh and never irritates my sinuses like some other colognes I've tried. CW is quite popular, which isn't ideal since I like to keep things unique, but then again there's a reason for its popularity especially given its reliability and versatility.
