Expensive but really worth it for the excellent build quality and smooth operation. Particularly like the ability to customize for each user, as my wife and I both use it and we can adjust for stride, etc., and the programs really seem to take into account size and weight (and gender?). Very quiet and smooth. You can watch videos through wi-fi or linked to a phone or tablet, but the quality is obviously less--easy enough to watch on a tablet. The resident programs are ok, but we usually use the programmed modes. This is really worth the price for a long-term commitment.

Finally found an elliptical which would support my weight / stride with a warranty. I'm 6'4" with a 25" stride and after damaging my knee after losing weight from 500 down to 319 I gained a lot back and was up to 450 again before my knee had been back strong enough to get back on elliptical's and recumbent bikes and it was tough to find something that had a long enough stride that supported my weight. I paid for amazon home services to install the elliptical and it was worth it, took the guy about 3 hours which would have taken me a week in my spare time between jobs every day. The first week the unit was perfect and then started making a noise which sounded like the flywheel but when I called Sole Fitness they had me put lube on the foot stand guide rails and that fixed it, been working fine for a month, I'm down about 8 pounds and very happy with the purchase. (Feels like I bought a used car it's so expensive but our health should be more important than money right)

It’s a costly item, we received it, it didn’t work and the company is rude, slow and condescending. They have the part, it’s in stock but it took two weeks to get here then they can’t find a technician to install it. Well, they said they did but he chose not to show up. This is a scam, they have my money and I have a large, not working machine sitting in my basement for over a month!

This elliptical is very solid and top grade. I am 6'3" tall, 280 lbs, and have no concerns on the quality of this machine. Controls are easy to understand, the unit is very stable, and it feels like a better than commercial grad machine that one would find in a gym. The built in console fan is the only complaint I have...you cannot even begin to feel a breeze from the fan. However, that is certainly not a deal breaker and would much rather experience the overall quality of this machine.

My son bought unit and having so much trouble putting it together. The instructions are horrible and the one of wires that was already assembled slipped back and can't reach it. Why doesn't company do more assembling. Ugg.

It machine itself works well, but for the money, I really wish it had better integrations with other fitness apps and trackers, such as apple health. The native app is pretty awful and provides no useful functionality.

So much cardboard and styrofoam to unpack, clean up, and dispose of!The machine itself is great: smooth, quiet, good programs and functionality. The elliptical itself is a solid 4, maybe even 5 stars, but putting this thing together was more difficult than it should have been. This was largely in part to the fact that the hardware, which was separated into step 1-4, was mixed up. I had to stop go through each step and identify the appropriate screws, nuts, bolts, etc and regroup them as intended by the midpoint of step one. After that, it was pretty easy. Just fair warning, it is much more difficult to assemble alone with the weight and some of the bolts going into places that require two hands while what your fastening has to be held place (the display mast). The amount of packaging materials was absurd.

Don't settle for a cheaper model. 1600 was well worth it 👌

I am extremely please with this elliptical. It provides some of the smoothest rides than all my last elliptical machines. An 18″ to 24″ which are adjustable stride that accomodates several people at home using it. I love the moving arm bars for total body training and stationary handles with heart rate sensors.My only complain is tha I have to wait for about a month before I can use it due to shipping defects. The support was excellent as they sent in a tech to fix the problem but unfortunately he has to come back twice becuase of the wrong parts sent. It was vey inconveneience for me as I have to go out to the gym after work instead of my regular exercise at home.
