These work great to catch silverfish and other scurrying insects. I had a pretty good infestation from a broken bag of flour at the bottom of a box of flour. I didn't notice it for a couple months, but the silverfish did. They loved it and thrived. It took about eight months, but I'm down to one sighting ever few weeks now. They travel and feed in the middle of the night and cover a lot of ground. I added a little flour to the middle of the trap to bait them in. I caught a small lizard once that came in the front foor. They're really sticky. I trapped a lot of silverfish and some crazy looking spiders in eight months.

Caught silverfish and more. Easy to put together and simply placed in corners near walls in my bathrooms and closets. Have caught plenty silverfish and other insects with no effort. I have noticed a lot fewer bugs out at night!

I placed several of these traps in my attic where I have seen silverfish. Not only have they not caught a single one, one of the boxes I put four of these inside still have silverfish running all over the papers inside. I have no idea how they are not getting caught in these but I haven't caught a single one. Total waste of money.

See below the way I choose the star rating. These traps seem to only trap those silverfish, that decide to venture in the box. It does not attract them or motivate them to kill themselves. I placed 4 of them in places where I found silverfish before: in the washer/dryer room, under my bookshelf, in the bathroom cabinet, and the attic. I caught ONE so far in the 2 month I put the traps out. In the future I would look for something that actively attracts them and then captures them.
