My son loves this for football to stay cool. Works well, wears well, and washes easily.

My son uses this to keep his hair back when playing sports and in marching band.. It helps with sweat from getting in your eyes

My daughter plays competitive softball, so she wears this headband all of the time to keep the sweat out of eyes. It works so well at keeping out the UV rays that she has a headband tan on her forehead, which she is not so thrilled about! I would definitely buy this item again.

I like this headband and I will likely use it on cooler days. I work in the texas heat and have been looking for anything to help keep my body temperature down. I recently learned that palms of hands, bottoms of feet and forehead are the fastest ways for this and figured forehead would be the way for me to get the job done while working outside. This headband is great quality and I like that it is reversible. However, it seems like it would really work well in cooler conditions. I could see it working really well near a fan, or in a gym environment. Or maybe even a windy day with it being 70-85 degrees Fahrenheit. I tried it on a day that got above 90 and it didn’t work for me. It does a good job keeping sweat out of the eyes but even with ice water on it, it was warm right away and I had to take it off. Surprisingly, frogg togg chilly pads worked amazingly. So much so that I bought many more. They have their cons too but they were much better than this. I will still use it, like I said, but probably only when I’m teaching Zumba or working out at home near a fan or with ac or cool wind.

In the extreme south east heat (hitting the 100s this year - that's before the real feel), I find a hat warms my head too much. This has been a life saver to the point that I'm ordering a second one. Use it while playing pickleball.

Having just used this in 30 degree heat over seven games in a regional tournament I can attest to its ability to keep sweat out of your eyes.
