Inconsistent fit

Very good quality hat. Comfortable and well made. In fact I ended up ordering 4 more in varying colours.Unfortunately all 5 fit differently. It's not too much of an issue as they do all fit but every one feels different to wear. Some have lower profiles than others etc.
