It seemed like the best most secure offering with an actual screen, its own power source, all the security I thought I needed…until..the Bluetooth syching is comical. NFC synching inop. Part of the instructions literally read “forget your ledger device” (like this is an actual choice on a menu or a vague idea you have to decipher) when you are having difficulty setting it up, the YouTube video it auto-directs you to simply does not work. I only have a bachelors degree, plus a 2 year associates degree..There is no one to talk to, I cleared it out of my phone 15 times removing the app, resetting up over and over, I’ve had every iPhone since #1, it is SO frustrating, I normally like almost everything I buy on Amazon, and sadly don’t post my 5 star reviews as I should, but you need a doctorate degree in computer science, a team of apple genius’s, and the ability to break down the vague ambiguity of the instructions…out of principle I’ll spend my $ elsewhere and not choose this most expensive option thinking it’s is the best, sadly it is not.

As I really like Ledger Live for iPhone/ and my Mac, Stax horrible lighting- Zero backlight; I could not see crap on display (screen), low light it might’ve well just been turned off. Daytime view was better but aggravating. I was disappointed that I couldn’t keep this hard wallet, and use it with ledger live. And for the price of this crypto wallet, it should’ve came with a back light even mechanism for light, transitioning or even automatic, light transitioning way too much money for something that the common person eyes needed ability to see the screen. Let you do better than this a lot better than this. As for the connectivity, it worked flawlessly the build quality felt really good. It felt great in a hand. Yes it’s small but I was never worried about losing it however, larger display would be nicer.

Garbage. I bought it and it will not connect. Look elsewhere.

My rechargeable battery failed on me within a year, so I bought a second one. The same thing happened. I like the brand Ledger, and I know they are secure. I've had issues with this model's battery quality. Since then, I bought a Ledger Stax and a Ledger Flex without any battery issues so farp

screen is stuck after 10 days of usage. they want me to send the device back for a replacement. just get a trezor, i've been using one for 8 years without a single issue.
