I bought this string to re-thread my broken stretch bracelets. It has good flexibility, sturdy and durable. It will go through all but the tiniest holes in beads or trinkets. I recommend it highly!

I am SO happy I took a chance and purchased this stretch cord! I was practically in tears trying to find a repair shop that would fix a stretch band on a beloved 10 Commandments watch that I gifted to my Mom years ago. Not one place would touch it (pretty sure because the watch wasn’t Rolex level expensive). I finally got mad and decided to try to do it myself. I had no idea where to start or what to do but my drive was pure intuition, determination and anger of being told I couldn’t do something. Well I stepped out on faith and made it happen and I was able to present it back to her just after Mother’s Day this year. She shrieked with joy to see her beloved watch again after 2 years and couldn’t believe I did it myself (even changed the battery!) I am very proud of myself and so happy I could bring her a little more joy to her life. This stretch cord was the perfect color, size and had the tension strength I was looking for. Very easy to work with and I’m now looking into creating some stretch bracelets with the remaining batch.

I've been using this for years and will continue to do so. The size is great for bead work. It's very durable. I have some things that were made years ago using this brand and they are still stretchy with no fraying or splitting. If you do a surgeons not and put a dab of glue on it it stays forever it seems. It's a good value for the. The thickness is good and holds up well. The sparkles in the clear color is cute. I will continue to buy this product.

Such a great stretchy cord! Just nearly impossible to keep tied!!! I ended up doing a double square knot and used clear nail polish on the knot. and then taping each end of cord to a piece of paper so it would stay taut while drying. i was skeptical but came back next day and knot seemed nice and secure and nail polish had hardened knot into place. Visually not perfect. but good enough for me b/c it was a bracelet that was over stretched and needed to be redone. so this gives my bracelet new life!

Stretchy good

My beaded stretch bracelet I received as a gift from my wife broke after about 2 years. After much research, i bought this string as a replacement. The beads are about 8mm in diameter with the hole about 1.5mm. I decided to buy the 1mm replacement cord, thicker than the original my bracelet came with. Being a thicker cord, the double knot (with a few dabs of clear top coat nail polish) is definitely more noticeable between 2 beads but that knot is positioned opposite the one decorative bead on my bracelet. So I keep that knot on the inside of my wrist. I feel this is a small trade off for the added security of a thicker and stronger cord. Maybe because of the thicker cord, but this replacement cord stretches much less than my original cord.

Questo filo lo conoscevo già da prima, comprato su un sito web. Resistente, non si rompe. Ho comprato uno sul mercatino 1mm 1€ cinese ma si strappa e quindi c’è pericolo, che perline si perdono. Questo vale la penna pagarne di più! Super strong davvero.

I bought this cord to rethread a bracelet made for me by my grand-daughter, where the cord was on it's last legs. The bracelet is special to me. The new cord is exactly right, clear, very strong, and stretches a little but not too much. Tying off the knot is a problem but I followed the advice and used a drop of superglue on the knot to stop possible slippage. I am completely pleased and satisfied with this cotd.

This product was delivered promptly and did the job of repairing a beaded bracelet easily and adequately.
