Excellent Product easy to set up and my wife who has MND can now have a bath in safety... ~Thank youI just wanted to thank you for your superb service in delivering this product to Madeira Portugal. We had bought this for our home in UK and were delighted with the product. My wife has a form of MND and with some trepidation ordered another one to be sent to Portugal.It arrived well packed and un-damaged and within a week .Many many thanks from my wife and myself , she now can bathe safely and I have peace of mind.

Unfortunately I have had to return this item as is was too heavy for me to handle I am awaiting a refund and can only comment to the service when this is settled up to now it has been very good and I have been satisfied with other goods I have received. Thank you J Wright

Meets expectations

Delivery was quicker than stated. The seat is on the heavy side but manageable.Fits in the bath o.k..Works really well.It's for my wife who has had two replacement knees and she is very happy to be able toget in and out of the bath again.
