日頃の健康管理をしっかり行いたいと思い、より本格的に計測できそうな8電極タイプのこちらを購入しました。結論から言って非常に満足しています。 一番のメリットはアプリとの連携の早さと手軽さです。計測すると細かなデータ（内臓脂肪や筋肉量など）がスマホに自動転送されるので、記録の手間が全くありません。また、本体のディスプレイ自体にも主要な7項目が直接表示されるため、手元にスマホがない時でもサッと確認できるのが非常に便利です。 アプリのUIも直感的で使いやすく、グラフで推移が見えるのでモチベーション維持に繋がっています。設定も簡単だったので、長く使い続けられそうです。

この価格でスマホと簡単に接続出来て、これだけ色々な事が分かるのが素晴らしいです。

あすけんには連動してません。独自のアプリに連携するだけ。体脂肪率が異様に低く、数値に信用度はありません。それなりに高いのに残念です。
