Well I was very wrong... I hate to admit I let my pond go for almost 2 years , i got frustrated about Hawks eating my fish and just gave up and it became a yucky, gross and brown pond for frogs to take over.. well I decided to get it up and going again and I used this and my water is crystal clear now for almost 2 months , it works great , I do have to rinse it off every few days , but I can deal with that ... This this is well worth the price and it definitely compares to the more expensive brands that those "guys" or those "bosses" have , because i have used both and this thing is right up there with those brands Review: Works good but wish it had one sponge filter instead of multiple. Also the outlet hole one the pump is to big for the accessories that came with is, they come loose and do not tighten all the way.
