This pull up bar has taken a real hammering and never moved amm. 2 adults (90kg) use it daily, children use it for gymnastic rings and swing on it about 50 times a day. Itโ€™s not moved, still rock solid and I have every confidence in it. Just make sure you pull up and chin up from the correct side to ensure it remains firm.Rock solid and hasnโ€™t moved. I installed this in our hallway rather than a door frame. Itโ€™s really easy to install and hasnโ€™t moved an inch. Worth noting that itโ€™s better to make sure you do pull ups and chin on different sides to make sure you donโ€™t loosen as you train.
