写真と違うもの届きました。

写真の商品と違うものが届きました。商品タイトルの物で間違いはなかったけども写真はレーシングレッド。店側が写真が間違っていたと認め返品しましたが、いまだに写真がレッドのまま変わっていませんし返金理由も商品を受け取らなかったみたいな扱いでした。店側のミスなのに返金も1週間かかるとかなので気を付けた方が良いと思います。

商品管理が全くされていない業者さんですね。商品が表示が正しく行われておらず、別の商品が届くという事何度も。間違えても商品を取り換えれば済むという対応のみで、当方の返品交換にかかわる作業や時間、労力に対してもアマゾンのル－ルがあって、、との対応で要領を得ません。利用は控えたほうが良いと思われます。
