We bought the Waterdrop WD-T4-A Alkaline RO System a week ago and it has completely changed the quality of our drinking water. Installation was shockingly simple for a tankless RO system—I had it set up and running in under an 30 minutes, thanks to the clear instructions. ​The difference in taste is night and day. Our tap water was always heavily chlorinated, but this system removes that entirely. The alkaline feature is a huge bonus; the water tastes perfectly crisp and clean, almost better than expensive bottled water. ​The flow rate is also incredible; it fills a pitcher in no time, which is something older, tanked systems simply can't do. If you're looking for a compact, high-performance, and water-saving RO system, this is absolutely the one to get. Worth every penny!

Honestly, it's a very good product; simple to install, very easy; it arrived in perfect condition with all the correct parts; and above all, the water filtration quality and taste are very good; the motor is extremely quiet; and the parts are of good quality; the indicator screen is a nice touch. Seriously, for this price you can't ask for better. I recommend it.

I’m really impressed with this purchase. The quality is excellent, everything works exactly as described, and it’s clear a lot of thought went into the design. It arrived well‑packaged, easy to set up, and has been completely reliable. It’s rare these days to buy something that just does what it’s supposed to do without any hassle. Highly recommend. I installed this in my basement mechanical room and ran a line to my upstairs refrigerator, water filling through the door is a little bit slower, but that is the price for ultra filtered water.

Works great! Took a couple hours to install but doesn’t take up of room got it for space saving . water tastes great and meter reads less than 50 pp no leaking so far

Product works as intended and was easy to install and use. We needed a more consistent flow since we tend to need a lot of water often. While models with tanks are great it did not serve us since we constantly had to wait for the tank to replenish. Not very worried about lack of water if the power ever goes out since I have a backup solar generator. The option to have pure water is also great for my CPAP machine.

Also, the Waterdrop unit that I purchased is the very best RO filtration system I have owned. It is well designed, constructed, and effective at generating quality water that tastes great. I purchased the filter because I have well water. I did some research and found this system comes with UV light to kill bacteria and features an alkaline system. I installed the system in the basement and ran the lines upstairs under the sink, as well as a line to the fridge. I installed a mini pressure tank to maintain pressure when turning on the water in the sink or fridge. It's super simple to install. I bought a test kit to check the water quality and a bacteria test kit. Both tests showed excellent results. I immediately canceled my bottled water delivery because I was wasting $200 per month on it, and I no longer have to carry the heavy bottles. It was worth the small investment.
