I got the Surface Pro Keyboard for my little cousin Jason, who’s applying to college and needed something better than just typing on his tablet screen. He’s using a Surface Pro 10 for his essays, résumés, and online forms, and honestly, this keyboard has been a total upgrade. At first, he was just using a cheap Bluetooth keyboard, but it kept disconnecting and felt flimsy. This one? It clicks right into place and feels like a real laptop. The keys are soft but responsive—no loud clacking, but still satisfying to type on. He says he can write way faster now without typos, which is a big deal when you’re drafting personal statements at 2 a.m. The trackpad is smooth and accurate too, so he doesn’t need to carry around a mouse anymore. And the backlit keys? Huge win. He loves being able to work in the dorm lounge or his room with low lighting. It’s also super thin and lightweight, so it doesn’t add much bulk when he’s tossing everything in his backpack. The magnetic attachment is strong and holds tight, even when he’s walking between classes. He even uses the pen holder on the side to keep his stylus from getting lost—small detail, but one he actually uses.

Didn't come with charger or any instructions of any kind. It works so far... I've seen that people say it's quiet while typing, it is relatively quiet but when clicking the mouse pad (right and left click) it is rather loud... Other than those small annoyances it's fine. Had to buy a new pen too because this one won't charge the original (which I was aware of )

LOVE this keyboard. I do not like a "clicky" keyboard and this one is quiet, but still allows for the feeling of the keys typing. The texture of the keys are soft, the back is fuzzy like felt, and it works great.

Product we received had an issue, contacted manufacturer/vendor from manual via email and the issue was resolved.

I wanted to love the item but had to send it back. It wouldn’t stay connected to my laptop. I didn’t like that I had to continuously charge it.
