You put the work in going to the gym and this does seem to help you recover and perform better. I love that this has no sugar and the taste isn’t artificial. It does contain caffeine but does not make you feel jittery like a pre workout. The container is nicely sized so I feel that it’s a good value.

Good taste, good nutrition, no jitters, gives me that energy to get a great workout in.

I was offered in the shop by a consultant to change my pre-workout supplement to this one. I usually use pre-workout before going to gym in the early morning, I switched to Pre Amino and I was happy with the result. I had energy to do full workout (even abs), I didn't feel any side effects. I use it for energy levels and I am satisfied, I don't know about recovery part, because it wasn't my goal, but maybe it has some effects as well on it. In conclusion - I would recommend this supplement.

This Pre Amino is decent but not in my top 5 if I'm going to post an honest review. The energy wasn't as noticeable as I've experience with other preworkout powders. It did mix well with just water in a water bottle and smelled really good. The concept of the orange pineapple flavor is actually what intrigued me to buy this but the flavor leaves something to be desired. The ratio of pineapple to orange could use some work and it was kind of artificial tasting. So with all of that being said, I probably wouldn't repurchase this because there are other aminos and preworkouts that taste amazing and give me a legit boost that I can feel working. I really wanted to love it though.

Tastes great. Enough caffeine to get me moving, but doesn't make me jittery or make my face tingle like some pre workout drinks. Also, doesn't stain my teeth like coffee/tea! Recommend

This is my second order, I love this! Gives me just the right wake me up I need after stopping all coffee products. I definitely order more and try new flavors.
