Ready to use masala great taste

I used to eat this curry at a restaurant that was owned and run by a Chettiar couple and it is one of my favorite Indian dishes ever. Alas, the restaurant closed and I had to make my own Chettinad curry---and mine was pretty good. Not as good as the lady in the kitchen of my favorite restaurant had cooked--and of course it wasn't because I hadn't grown up eating and cooking it like she had. But it was good. But something in my spicing wasn't like hers. Curry-It has the flavor that Mrs. Reddy put into her chicken curry. It is so good. So, so good, and it simplifies the making of dinner. My entire family loves it. It thrills me to have my favorite dish back. Thank you for making this curry paste. I hope you make some more flavors, too.

This one is tasty but very hot
