Great Working Laptop
I really needed a Windows 7 laptop to install some older electronic devices. The first on I ordered from another vendor said it was a Windows 7 but turned out to be an XP and some of the functions didn't work right so I returned it. This one had great reviews and I can see why. Right out of the box it started right up and everything works! I'm not sure on the battery life but it does hold a charge. I also like that It came with some free software. i.e. Rovio Creator, so I was able to burn some CDs. It has an adequate amount of memory. Plus to have an i5 processor at this price is a real bargain. I highly recommend this vendor if you're looking into getting a Windows 7 laptop that actually functions like it's suppose to. Hopefully you won't be disappointed. At least I'm not.

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I have had!
Laptop was just what I was looking for as a backup. The product worked perfectly, BUT, a series of battery problems caused me to return it. No questions asked. A problem with USPS (!!!) caused a delay in the return. An unexpected pleasant surprise, then, when the owner called me to explain and apologize AND give me an extra 5% credit!! As a school IT support person I have dealt with many companies (Apple, Lenovo, Dell, CDW, Cisco, etc.), but this is the first time I was contacted by an owner to resolve a problem. Impressive customer CARE that I have not experienced anywhere else in 25 years of tech support work. The only reason this is 4 stars and not 5 is because of the initial problem with the battery. However, because of the follow through from the owner, I plan to look for a replacement from EPower once my refund is confirmed.

Worked twice, not now, who knows why?
No idea how this works. I tried and tried to turn it on and I think maybe the adapter is damaged. It blinks and blinks and that's it. It worked the first couple of times I turned it on, but now it sits on a shelf awaiting my patience to deal with it again. I bought it because it was a Windows 7 unit, and I need that to play some older pc games that don't do well on my Windows 10 and Windows 11 machines. I have five computers, a Windows 95, a Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10 and Windows 11. I hate Windows 11, buy the way. Windows 7 was the best operating system from MicroSoft.
