It does what it's supposed to, so obviously my body needs it. I'm not going to use it under my tongue tho. Imo that's more of a "therapeutic" dose. I have a 2 liter kettle that I add 10 drops to with each fresh fill of water. It lasts about 24 hours since I mix room temperature and heated water together. 10 drops in a 24 hour period seems to be the magic dose for me. I noticed within two days a remarkable improvement in my hydration. No dry tongue in the mornings, and my complexion feels soft and hydrated to the touch. A health and beauty product in one! I'll keep using it as long as it's available. Review: Not made in china or Mexico. Very good mineral to have first thing in the morning. Easy to administer and handle
