I have a 2015 c class with NTG 4.5 and it does not work as a media interface cable in a Mercedes. It only works as a AUX cable. iPhone 16 pro connected.

Cable works as and aux input to my cls 2012, but doesn’t charge the phone.

2015 GLK250 BlueTEC and Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra. Charges my phone and works in AUX mode for music. Vehicle controls will not work to change songs, it has to be done on the phone.

Easy fix if Bluetooth pairing has issues
My bf has a 2011 Mercedes with Bluetooth but it kept asking him for a pin and wouldn't connect to his iPhone or my Android. We got this cord and were able to pair the phones. Once that was set up we can easily connect via Bluetooth now.
