When it arrived, it was not the mattress we expected but a very soft and beautiful blue cover or top for a mattress of the right size. So we wrote the seller who responded immediately answering our questions and even offering to refund us the cost and keep it even though we were the ones who misunderstood what the product was. You don't see this kind of customer concern often, so wanted to let others know of their great service and that it is a great and beautiful and soft product. We did find a mattress ultimately also through Amazon and this cover is the oiece de resistance to completing our new beautiful window bed. ### ⭐ Completely false advertisement *by A***G on May 9, 2020* I ordered this expecting it to be a thick cushion to put in my daughters bay window. It is only a thin cover and not the thick pad/mat that I expected. Not to mention it isn’t what I had in mind, it is HIDEOUS! The trimming is so ugly, even to cover a mat. I wouldn’t have ordered this even just to cover a cushion itself.
