Hoping 3yo son can just play without the water** A: No. You can rip the paper and pull them out (the yellow paper in the pic - the water just dissolves it). Some of the toilets have a brick of something in there to make it fizz and I can't remember if these do. They are downright hilarious. A truck that holds a flatbed of port-a-potty's? C'mon, that's awesome! We have a few of the other flush force toys, so we are already nicely set up with the gross figures. Which is a good thing, since this set only comes with two! The doors all open and close and you can nest the disgusting little creatures in all kinds of places! The flush force series is sort of like shopkins but for boys.
