I bought API marine bacteria from PetSmart 2 weeks ago, and watched the NO2 levels remain very high. I had bought this before with great results, but I didn’t want to wait for shipping. I finally bought this, and it arrived this week. I just dumped the whole bottle (no fish in tank) and within 2 days the Nitrates went from 100mg/l to 0 and the nitrites went from 5mg/l to 0. Next time I’ll just use this to begin with.

After a quick cycle using one and only I added Eco Balance I noticed the fish colors started to pop letting me know they are healthy.

I bought this to just add diversity to my bacteria population so, I can't tell if it works or not but, nothing bad has happened lol

This stuff killed my aquarium! I have shrimp and I've used Dr tims a lot before. It started to make my water cloudy then the tank started to crash hard and fast but the water parameters were perfect according to the test strips I have but everything started to die and the water started smelling like rotting fruit don't use this stuff!!
