I bought this frame for my wife.. something I wanted to get her and it's turned out to be a lot better than I expected!! First of all, it wants you to install a small program that allows you to edit (to a point) the pictures you're wanting to send to the frame. It uses WIFI and what's cool is it's not limited to just one person sending pictures. So far.. my wife and I.. our step daughter, and grand daughter have all put pictures on the frame! It's a touch screen which makes editing a snap. Send something you don't want and you can edit it out.. delete it or select pics to be turned on or off at will.. it does more than that but I'm still learning so I can teach the others. It also displays the date and time.. plus a basic weather is on the screen but kinda small so it doesn't take away from what you wanted to display! My wife just found a picture of her grandma who passed some time ago and I edited the picture for her and sent it to the screen just tonight. She was pretty pleased.. anyway, the frame has several ways to mount it to a wall, or as we have it.. with a small stand that helps it to stand on a table. Photo quality is amazing but limited to the quality of the picture(s) being sent.. the folks who made the frame are really good but aren't miracle workers. Still, the frame is honestly worth every penny spent! If I had to choose again I'd pick the same frame! It also has an sd card slot to add pictures or videos up to a 32 gig sd card.

After wanting a digital frame for a while, I finally decided to purchase it when it went on sale. The setup only took a few minutes via my iPhone, and I've really enjoyed how beautifully it displays both pictures and videos, with and without sound. The app includes dimming control and sleep mode. The app is simple but a bit clunky, but it works well enough. Accessing the menu on the touchscreen works well. The images look beautiful. They're sharp, clean, and vibrant in color. The frame automatically adjusts to vertical and horizontal orientations, which makes me want to buy another one to showcase specific pictures in each mode. I'm very impressed with the quality of this frame. The only con I've noticed is that it has no battery option. However, this isn't a dealbreaker. It even comes in a very nice box that looks like wrapping paper. As soon as I set this up, I immediately bought three more, as they would make fantastic gifts for anyone at an excellent price. But don’t tell, because I plan to buy more! 😉 Update on 6/4/25 After using the frame for a while, I thought I'd give an update. The frame still works very well. When the internet goes down and comes back up, the frame reconnects faster than my iPhone does! This frame is perfect for the non-tech savvy people in your life as you can easily add another frame to the app and control the content remotely. I’ve now bought a total of five of these so I can give as gifts. I love this frame!

BUYER BEWARE- I bought this frame for my mother for Christmas. It worked great for 2 months. Then the system used up all the space in the memory and would no longer let you add photos. (I am past the return window on Amazon). I messaged the seller. They suggested resetting the device. I did that and then it showed the system using ALL of the memory and no photos could be added even though it deleted all that were on it. It makes no sense. The seller offered a refund after they receive tracking of my return to an address in California they gave me. I messaged that I needed them to include a refund for my return shipping costs. They did not reply. I waited and waited. Then I decided to take my chances and mail it. I did that today and sent a picture of my tracking receipt. They immediately replied saying they would refund me for what I paid for the frame. But their screenshot of what I paid left off the tax. I messaged them and said they need to refund the tax and my shipping cost too. I got a message pretty quick with the refund for the frame and tax but not even mentioning the shipping. So I am out $14 which was the cost to mail it. I was going to go ahead and purchase another one to replace my mother’s because my son got me one of these over a year ago and it works great. But they won’t even acknowledge my asking for shipping costs. If you buy one of these, it may or may not work. If it stops working, you may be out some money! I warned you!

Not sure what all the folks with issues are doing that isn’t working. I guess time will tell but I haven’t had any issues yet. I uploaded over 100 photos today and still plenty of space left. Was pretty easy to figure out. I like that you can rotate the screen and the format rotates as well like a tablet or phone depending on if you take more portrait or landscape orientations. You can just tap on the screen when a photo is displayed and change each individual photo to fit the screen if you want although I wish it allowed you to just zoom or crop as you like. Best to zoom or crop the way you want the photo before uploading it. Resolution is not bad. Love that the family can all upload photos to it remotely as it’s a gift for my Dad and he doesn’t really do social media. Haven’t tried uploading any video- probably won’t due to how much space they take up but nice that you can.
