This is a solid performing version so Shilajit. I've tried this type and the capsule style. I can feel the energy after taking it. The flavor is definitely hard to get past, as it's extremely bitter. Also, it solidifies in its jar, so you have to place it in warm water to melt. If you're on-the-go, this will probably slow you down. But if you have the time and you can get past the flavor, this is absolutely the product for you. When I take it, I definitely get a boost in energy and mental focus.
